By accessing and using LoopPulse services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
LoopPulse provides behavioral analysis services for mobile games, including player behavior tracking, game mechanics optimization, and gameplay loop insights. Our services are designed for game developers and publishers seeking to improve player engagement.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any harmful or disruptive activities.
Our services involve collecting and analyzing player behavior data. By using our services, you consent to such data collection and agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations when implementing our tracking solutions.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by LoopPulse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or business reasons.
Fees for our services are as specified in your service agreement. Payment is due according to the billing schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes game data, analytics insights, business strategies, and technical implementations.
LoopPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold LoopPulse harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in São Paulo, Brazil, in accordance with Brazilian arbitration rules.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LoopPulse regarding the use of our services.
